How big are our Gremlin Bells? |

The best way for you to get an idea of the size of the bells is with the
images on the website. There is a business card sized card in the background
of the images to give you a reference for the general size of the bells.
Our bells range in size from 1.25 - 1.5 inches in height & 0.875 - 1.25 inches in width
We used to carry larger and smaller bells. The size we carry now is the most common size that people give as a gift. |

I received a bell as a gift. Where do I hang it on my motorcycle? |
Answer: |
The most popular place to hang the bell is low on the frame somewhere
just behind the front wheel. That being said, we have seen them on
handlebars, sissy bars, hanging off of turn signals - you name it.
Just be sure that you hang it in a location where it will not interfere
with the safe operation of your motorcycle.
If you believe in the legend of the gremlin bell it makes sense to hang
it as low to the ground as possible so that when the gremlins fall out of
the bell they fall to the road and not back on to part of your bike. |

I see a large variety of bells in your images,
but I don't see any way to pick the one l like the most. Is there any
way to specify which bell I would like? |
Answer: |
We receive our bells from the manufacturer in bulk and do not have any
way of selecting which style we get. The images on the website show a
sampling of most of the bells that we regularly have in stock. That
being said, we may or may not have every bell shown on the website. If
you like a particular bell (and you are only ordering 1 or 2 bells), you can
let us know in the comments section during check out. Simply write
something like "I want the 3rd bell from the left in the medium chrome bells
image on the website". We'll do our best to find a match if we have
one. It's a good idea to include a 2nd choice as well.
Unfortunately, we cannot send only one style of bell in bulk, so we send
a little of everything we have in stock. |

shop/dealership. Can you print custom Gremlin Bell cards with my
company logo or contact information? |

Yes. We offer custom cards to anyone.
For a one time set up fee of $15.00 we will have your full color logo and/or
contact information printed on the back of the Gremlin Bell cards and
included with every bell you order from us. When you reorder from us
in the future, we automatically include your custom Gremlin Bell cards at no
additional charge.If you are interested in having us create a custom
Gremlin Bell card, please
email us and we will send you an example along with instructions on how
to send us what you want printed on the back of your custom cards. In most
cases we can have your custom cards ready the same day we receive your logo
and/or contact information. |

I want to order in bulk, but I do not want to
order 25 of the same type of bell. Can I still get the bulk discount
if I order a variety of bells and the total number of bells is 25 or more? |
Answer: |
Yes. Any time we receive
an order of 25 or more bells at a time we discount the order and ship
it via USPS Priority Mail. If you order using our standard (non-discounted)
shopping cart buttons, we'll refund the difference when we process
your order. If you want to have us work out your bulk order
discount ahead of time, call or email us
and we'll put together a custom order for you.

Can I have an order shipped overnight? |

Sometimes we can make arrangements to ship overnight (depending on our
schedules). It is not always possible for us to process an order the
same day that we receive it, so please
call or
email us and make sure that we have time to make a special trip to the
post office. We regularly ship via USPS Priority mail and offer USPS priority shipping (2-3 day) for an
additional cost. Large orders (25 or more items) are automatically shipped via
USPS Priority mail. |

I organize a motorcycle group or run a
dealership and would like to sell your bells. Do you offer some kind of
wholesale discount? |

Yes. We started selling gremlin bells as a way for our motorcycle
group to raise money for activities. We support other motorcycle
groups and offer a discount to anyone that needs larger quantities to
supply to their members or for re-sale to raise money.We must order in quantities of 100 or more to get any discount from our
supplier, but we discount at smaller quantities for you because we realize
that not all motorcycle groups are large or have the money to buy in large
quantities. You receive a 30% discount whenever you order 25 items
or more at a time. Our order page has two
sets of buttons. One for ordering individual bells and the other
for ordering in bulk with the 30% discount.
On large orders we need additional time to get them from our supplier.
We can typically get the bells from our supplier and shipped out within
5-7 days if we do not have enough of them in stock to fill your order
when you place it. Feel free to send us an e-mail. We'll
check our inventory and work with you to make sure that we have what you
want before you place your order.
Anyone can order bells in bulk from us. We recommend that
customers interested in ordering a large quantity of bells place a smaller
order first to make sure the bells will meet their expectations. Large orders are not
refundable. |

What should I expect after placing an order for one (or more) gremlin bells? |
Answer: |
Orders placed Monday-Friday before noon generally get processed and
shipped the same day. We usually respond within 24 hours (sometimes
sooner) to let you know that your order is packed and ready to ship. Large orders (25 or more bells) can take a
5-7 days to ship out
if we do not have enough bells in stock to fill the order right away.
We send out a email confirmation when we pack and ship your order.
If you do not hear from us within 3 business days, please email or call us
and let us know about it. We'll follow up and make sure your order
has been processed. The most common reason for not hearing from us
is that we don't have your correct email address and/or the email is
returned to us as undeliverable for some reason. If you
include a phone number in your email we will call you if we can't
respond via email. |

I would like to order a bell for a friend. Can you ship a bell
directly to them? |

Absolutely! The whole idea behind the Gremlin Bell is to give it
as a gift. If you can't hand it to them yourself, we can mail it
directly to them and let them know that you are the one that's watching out
for them. Let us know in the comments section of your PayPal order that you are sending the bell as a gift and include the address of
the recipient along with any comments you want to send along with the bell. |

What is your refund policy? |
Answer: |
If our bells do not meet your expectations, simply mail them back to us
along with a copy of your packing slip or order form and we will provide you
with a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned orders. Discounted items (specials) and orders of 200 or more bells are not
refundable
We
recommend that customers interested in ordering a large quantity of bells
order a sampling of bells before placing their first large order. |
